I’m listed in National Ugly Mugs Therapist Directory 09/2023 and have signed up to NUM’s Code of Ethics.
To maintain confidentiality, please contact me for referees who are happy for their testimonial and contact details to be shared privately.
I have been practicing since 2013 and now work predominantly online with adult individuals and couples. I am accredited by the BACP and hold an advanced accreditation with Pink Therapy in GSRD therapy. I have been lucky enough to speak at conferences and run trainings across Europe in gender, sexuality, kink, chemsex, addiction and domestic violence/power dynamics. My work is very trauma informed and I understand a range of counselling styles to create the best support to reach your goals. I truly believe that you hold the knowledge within and that therapy is a journey to finding authenticity, empowerment and the growth that you desire.
What advice would you go back in time and give yourself when you were starting out?
Listen to yourself, be kind to yourself and be true to yourself. All of the experiences in life that you saw as negative, are a part of your growth.
